Shipping policy
🌟PROCESSING TIME, TRACKING and DELIVERY
Your order will ship within 3 - 5 business days after the date of order. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include holidays. Your estimated delivery date is the purchase date plus processing time (3 - 5 business days) plus shipping transit time. These times will vary but will not go over the 5 days for processing.
🌟SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure and confirm that the ship to address submitted at checkout is correct.
🌟 DELAYS IN DELIVERY
Delays in transit are always possible, especially during holidays. Therefore, we can never guarantee delivery before or by a specific date. Please be patient if your order is delayed!
🌟 RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns and exchanges, but please contact us with any issues that you have encountered with your order. We strive to provide exceptional customer service as we would not be in business without all of you. We are always pleased and willing to work out any problems or concerns. Refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis and deemed to be the fault of Dandi Creations.
🌟 DAMAGE NOTIFICATIONS
You must take clear and detailed photos of all the damages and submit them to us for review WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivered package. We will assess the information and photos and will discuss a resolution. Failure to notify us within the 24-hour timeframe will result in denial of refund.
🌟NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS
Shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, but claimed to be undelivered by the customer are not our responsibility. You will have to contact your local postal office to determine the location of the package. All shipments will include tracking and delivery confirmation.
